As we’ve seen, the legion’s demons regard anything weaker than them as little more that tools, including other demons. When they die they just get recycled into new weapons, weapons that we could use.
Sargeras had a pet felhound, Goremaw the devourer. As he invaded worlds he unleashed the hound to destroy his enemy’s forces ahead of him. The hound killed countless defending armies until his final death. The hound was ambushed on an unknown world and slaughtered, the body remained however.
In the aftermath of the ambush the dreadlord Mephistroth discovered the broken body. The demon carved two of the dog’s remaining teeth out to craft a pair of daggers. The teeth of a felhound as powerful as Goremaw hold a little of the demon’s essence, this makes them potent weapons for anyone who can control the shadows.

Most dog owners would not be impressed at their employee making knives from their dead pet, but Sargeras is a dark titan and he was impressed with Mephistroth’s handiwork and rewarded him for it. The daggers themselves were given to legion’s assassins, to be held by their best killer until killed.
Sometime later the legion discovered the Eredar world of Argus and set about corrupting them. The legion does not always resort to violence when conquering a world and in this case chose poisoned words over weapons. Most of the Eredar joined the legion and became the Man’ari, or aberrations.
The legion had played on their arrogance and convinced them they were worthy of the legion’s wonderful gifts, and much like the dreadblades last week Goremaw’s daggers were offered to one of the Eredar, a noblewoman named Akaari. While the previous Eredar society was not especially evil, a lot of progress in high society was made with poisoned wine. Akaari was a master of her art and a perfect match for the daggers.

In becoming Man’ari, many of the Eredar become physically and magically stronger but lost their free will in the process. The noble Akaari was reduced to a psychotic killing machine, taking the name Shadowgore and using her new weapons to eliminate key targets on worlds picked for invasion.
She is surely due to pay us a visit next, maybe a cunning and subtle enough rogue could strike her first, and claim the fangs of Goremaw for themselves.
